I will be working on getting requested revisions to students who turned it in before the deadline! I will be taking a personal day on Friday to support the boys tennis team at Metro districts and grade, so please be good for the guest teacher in my absence!

News Brief: Ms. Rice had the news brief today and selected an article about this story to talk about: BBC.com - Syria blames Israel for missile strike near Damascus. We found Syria in our world maps and noted that we did a news brief about it. Thanks, Ms. Rice.
We did not check in much about what we were up to outside of class, as I wanted to make sure to give as much time as possible for the religion unit test.
The next news brief was assigned to Sean.
We also watched the one minute BBC World News update. Here's the link to see the latest one minute update, at any time of day (it will probably be different from what we watched in class):
Religion Test: After the news brief, we started the test (I hope you did your homework and studied)! This took most of the rest of class, but that is okay. I'm glad students were taking their time and being thorough with their work.
